Is there the wrong phrases? a) a devout churchgoer . b) a devote churchgoer. c) a devoted churchgoer. Thanks.

B) "devote" is a verb, but in the position of an adjective. Looks very strange. "Devout" is a good word for religiously-committed people (in a positive way), and "devoted" is fine, but you can also use that more generally.
