Well, for me, I'm speaking English most of the time with myself. I know it's strange but ,believe me, it helps a lot. I usually make up a kind of a conversation with myself while I'm doing anything like: washing the dishes, sitting alone, or even before going to bed. Usually when I've a problem or a trouble, I start discussing it ,in English, with the other mes :D :D :D. I speak with my little sister, although her English isn't that perfect but it really helps me express myself explicitly in front of the people around me . I also speak with my best friend while coming home from college, some people look at us as if we are aliens, but as long as we aren't doing anything wrong, it's okay with us :) :) :) We sometimes speak English in the college, but it's not that much that would help me improve my language. p.s Take care when u speak with yourself, because when u get used to it, u may talk with yourself while walking ALONE in the street and of course it's not a very nice thing to happen :D :D :D Best Wishes,

Unfortunately I don't have much options to speak English. Mostly I'm speaking English with my boyfriend. He's not that good at active speaking, but he understands quite a lot, so it helps me to get used to it. Sometimes I force myself to think in English, but I guess to talk out loud with yourself is more helpful. When I want to think in English I zone out after a little while. :)
