How do you address a waiter or an waitress in a restaurant or a mamak in Malaysia?
abang or adik??

minta maaf if u require attention from the waiter/waitress... abang is ok and also adik.. its polite.. ^^

- in polite/formal way we can address the waitre/waitress as encik(male) or cik(female)
- informal way can be abang / kakak or adik(for both sex if the person look younger)
