There are few different way to say(according to your situation), but I will give you the one in general.
Where are you(now)? (今)どこにいるの。
Ima dokoni iruno
Don't you know that I miss you so much? あなたがいなくてとっても寂しいって知ってる?
Anataga inakute tottemo sabishiitte shitteru
OR you may say:I miss you so much. あなたがいなくてとっても寂しいの。
Anataga inakute tottemo sabishiino
OR You may say:I really want to see you あなたにとっても会いたいの。
Anatani tottemo aitaino
Please come back now いますぐ帰ってきて Or いますぐもどってきて
Imasugu kaettekite Imasugu modottekite
There are the same meaning.
