string of adjectives
I'm trying to understand how putting many adjectives together works in chinese:
Zhe4 shi4 yi1 ge da4 piao4 liang xin1 gui4 de fang2 zi.
Do they have to be put in a specific order in relation to appearance, material, colour, dimension etc (like it needs to be done in English)?
Would it be the same if I wrote: zhe4 shi4 yi1 ge piao4 liang gui4 da4 xin1 de fang2 zi?
What if I added a noun? Does it have a specific position? : zhe4 shi4 yi1 ge piao4 liang gui4 BAI2 SE da4 xin1 de fang2 zi?
Is there anywhere a grammar piece that teaches this?
Thanks!

Zhe4 ge xin1 fang2 zi1 sui1 ran1 hen3 gui4 ,dan4 shi4 hen3 da4 ,hen3 piao4 liang .
这 个 新 房 子 虽 然 很 贵, 但 是 很 大, 很 漂 亮。
zhe shi yi ge piao liang de xin fang zi ,da、 gui ,bai she ye hen hao.
这 是 一个 漂 亮 的 新 房 子,大、贵,摆 设 也 很 好。
