If it's "Iyagaru", then the first answer is correct.
But if it's "yagaru" that something you add to the end of the sentence, as in "Fuzakeyagaru", the yagaru is a slung which is bad language ^^! but you can use it as a very good,ironical joke as well.
"Yagaru" is something was done should have not, or the way you didn't like it.
I say: 妹はわたしのいちごを食べやがった。 Imouto ha Watashi no Ichigo wo tabeyagatta. which means; My sister ate my strawberries,. you can put some cuss word to fit in this sentence, then that would be "yagaru".
