When writing `I am Cat` Should it beわたしは Catです or わたしはキャッツです ?

わたしはキャットです。
Basically, in Japanese, we don't use plural for nouns.
私はネコ(cat)です。
私は猫(cat)です。

In katakana, cat or Cat is キャット. Cats is キャッツ.
