Both sentenses seems grammatically correct. Like to DO smth or Like DOING smth.
But I have personally never heard of liking to laugh hard (nor of liking laughing hard). I mean - the construction does not quite appeal to me. Obviously, I do not know the context. It just seems that putting together the words "like", "laugh" and "hard" maybe not the best way to describe what you are trying to say. I am sure there are better ways to express it. But honestly - this is just a feeling about this phrase. I do not know any background information and I maybe wrong here.
