i leave a mseeage for you is correct.
leave to means you give responsibility to someone for doing something: i leave the financial matters to my brother.

"leave" is followed by "for". It is not followed by "to". At least not in this case.

I leave a message For / TO you.
you can also say :
leave you a message .
to leave a message for you .
Leave a message to .......
leave a message to you via .

Si meu conhecimento do português e correto, em este caso, a preposição “TO” em Inglês é equivalente do à preposição “A” do português e “FOR” é equivalente de “PARA”.
Então temos que usar “PARA” em o exemplo.
[Every day] I leave a message FOR you - [Diariamente] deixo um mensagem PARA você
Quiçá outro exemplo te poderia explicar a diferença.
