What is "Nursery Rhymes"? I know that it is related to children poems... but l really cannot get the meaning.

Nursery rhymes are little songs that teach children to count or learn new words. Examples: Twinkle, twinkle little star, Baa, baa black sheep, Humpty Dumpty, Old Macdonald had a farm, Incy wincy Spider etc.

Nursery rhymes are songs that are usually sung to children to comfort them and entertain them. They usually have life lessons in them but not always. Many times they are sung to comfort crying children, or before bed.
