Como vai voce in English may mean "How is it told" or "How is it spoken"
What do you mean in asking this? Are you asking how to speak the language or are you asking for a translation?
Non comprendo porque tu hay preguntado como questo. Si te gustas conoscer a hablar il lengua o te gustas transducanziamo tuas palabras.
