I think the term American in my country is the most proper insulting term to them, we someone call them " Americans" , the other people who listen to him know what he want to say.He by this term "American" indicates to the person who think that he is well knowing everything and able to do anything without any limit but in fact, the American cannot do anything nor know anything.

I think "Gringo" in Latin American countries can be an insulting term, or at least a term of recognition that we are way different from them. A Canadian driving in from Canada could say to an American "I knew I was in the USA when I started seeing bullet holes in the road signs", but I'm not sure Americans would resent that. A foreigner could also tell an American "I hear your largest export, by volume, is trash."

that is correct, most americans don't know much of other countries. But I meant insults that just pin point americans such as I have heard Africans call Whites "cracker". I mean a word used only to discrimate americans, "stupid" could be used for anyone.
