I liked the previous answer, but we also have quite a few ethnic breads, like Italian bread, French bread, and flat breads. My mother is fond of potato bread!

There are plenty.
The 'white bread'
uses refined wheat flour. It is light with delicate sweetness.
'Brown bread'
This one uses a combination of white flour and wholewheat flour ( using lesser of the later flour).
' 100% Wholewheat Bread '
It uses purely wholewheat flour.
It is a whole grain product ( whole grains are cereal grains used to produce bread among others).
' Granary Bread'
This uses Granary bread flour which is a brand of flour characterised by the use of malted wheat grains.
Rye Bread
This is a variety of bread popular in Russia and obviously now here in Britain with it being found in most supermarkets. It uses rye grain ,which makes it heavy and filling.
'Spelt bread '
It uses 'spelt' and gives the bread a lovely nutty taste.
