I am compiling some chinese words regarding human's characteristics. (幼稚： naive, 成熟： mature, 慷慨： genorous，善良：kind-hearted，体贴：considerate....脾气不好： irascible，responsible：有责任感，开通:open-minded )

I'm wondering which are good words for describing a person:

1. who is pragmatic, realistic or practical?
2. who is shrew and clever (they are also pragmatic, i guess, 聪明不太一样)
3. who is straightforward or frank (we may use 诚实， but the meaning is a bit different)
4. who is narrow-minded
