I need word in English meaning a person who works on someone (on employer, company and etc)?
i.e. contrary to word "self employed", who works on your own.

Your question is unclear because of the word 'on'. Do you mean a person who works for someone (else)? Such as an 'employee'?

Do you mean they work for someone ie they have a boss? Then they would be an employee and the boss is the employer.

The preposition "on" is wrong and misleading. Could you give other examples?
