What is the right preposition to use with the word "secret" in relation to a person. Eg. "I don't have secrets from you" or "I don't have secrets before you" or.... ? Thanks

Instead of "before", it should be "from". Ex: We have no secrets from each other

I would say "We don't keep secrets from each other" and "We don't have secrets between us" or "There are no secrets between us."
