I agree with Lory. I will give examples; Are you felling well? Are you happy? Are you going to eat lunch? Do you like mint? Do you feel well? Do you feel happy? Do you eat lunch at 12:00?

The first sentence uses the verb "be" and the second uses the verb "do." Both are correct depending on the context. "Be" is used as a helping verb with some tenses, "do" with others. Both can also be the main verb in the sentence.
