This is a big problem.Every adult faces different problems from their life or work every day.We are usually under stress.The only thing we want to do is to reduce stress.Each person has his own way to reduce stress.The way what is used most is eating.Believe it or not,if you are having much pressure the first thing comes to your mind is your favorite food.I usually felt relaxing after eating a hot pot and the stress disappears.When you enjoy delicious food you would foget the thing which made you feel sad, and the wonderful environment and the soft music in the restaurant absolutely will give you a strong feeling that you are a queen.At that moment, you might feel that all the stress which made you even couldn't breath is not worth thinking about.Just sing a song and walk back home,then take a bath and have a good dream.The next day, a wonderful and sunny day will be waiting for you.

The only thing we want to do is to reduce stress. Each person has his own way to reduce stress, but most people tend to cope with stress by eating. Believe it or not, if you are under a lot of pressure the first thing that comes to your mind is your favorite food. I usually feel relaxed after eating a hot pot and the stress disappears. When you enjoy delicious food, you would forget the things which made you feel sad, and the wonderful environment and the soft music in the restaurant will absolutely make you feel like you are a queen. Nice essay, I think most of us can relate to this. What works best for me in coping with stress is : listening to my favourite songs & bringing my dogs for a walk if the weather is nice. Sometimes, I like to use meditation apps on my phone to help relax, they do work for me. I too always feel good after having my favourite dishes or some chocolates. haha!
