This is a big problem. Every day, every adult faces different problems in both their personal and professional life. We are usually / constantly under stress. The only thing we want to do is to reduce stress. Each person has his own way to reduce stress, but most people tend to cope with stress by eating. Believe it or not, if you are under a lot of pressure the first thing that comes to your mind is your favorite food. I usually feel relaxed after eating a hot pot and the stress disappears. When you enjoy delicious food, you would forget the things which made you feel sad, and the wonderful environment and the soft music in the restaurant will absolutely make you feel like you are a queen. At that moment, you might feel that all the stress that was suffocating you is not worth thinking about. Just sing a song and walk back home, then take a bath and have a good dream. The next day, a wonderful and sunny day will be waiting for you.
