I work as a head of marketing in a retail company. Today i decided to helps someone of my colleges to improve his performance at work. He works as a graphic designer and uses to copy and paste exactly everything you send him. For example i wrote him 'Then press this button' (please use image i sent you by email) and he copy and paste all the sentence exactly on the adver flyer. Thats why i decided to gives him recomendations about how to behave every time he receives tasks like that. He understood and made the correct changes. That was my friday day.

He works as a graphic designer and used to exactly copy and paste everything you sent him. For example, I wrote to him 'Then press this button' (please use the image I sent you by email) and he copied and pasted what I wrote onto the advert flyer. Thats why I decided to give him recommendations about how to behave every time he receives tasks like that. He understood and made the correct changes. That was my Friday.

(1) Provided you’re the only head of marketing in the company, leave out the “a” or say “I work as THE head of marketing OF a retail company.” Sounds like a useful Friday 🙂
