Which word should be used in this context?
In one of the textbooks I 've seen the following gapped sentence:
There will never be such a thing as 'natural weather' again, say such writers, only weather _____________by global warming.
a) built
b) manufactured
c) affected
d) organised
In the keys the correct answer is b) manufactured
Is it really correct? I have some doubts about that.

The writer is using "manufactured" to contrast with "natural" earlier. It is an unusual way to express the idea but it makes sense in the context of the sentence. "Affected" is OK too, but it does not emphasize the contrast between today's weather and "natural" weather.
