What does that mean: you never let me down?
The whole statement is: "oh, new york <3 you never let me down!! had so much fun with you all! thank you!"
"You never let me down" = you never disappoint me.
Even though I count "let (someone) down" as a standard phrasal verb, I wonder if there's an idea connected with deflating a tyre or rubber raft?
