haughty and arrogant
are they the same?I wonder if that is the thing that haughty and arrogant are synomous however, in some cases, you can only use either of them, because the other one is not suitable.
e.g.I replied you with haughty disdain. you cannot say I replied you with arrogant disdain?
-------
now I try to list some useages and would you help me check if they are fine.
1. you are haughty/arrogant.
2. you are a huaghty/arrogant boy.
3. I am sick of his haughty/arrogant attitude towards my request.
Thank you.
