Can you help me explain this sentence いつも笑っていたいよね word by word? What I have known: both よ and ね are mood words. But when they come up together ? I hope...? I simply know this pattern I'd appreciate it if I could get some examples. What's more, this sentence derives from a song sung by Ohguro Maki where there is a similar sentence

In my understanding, 「よ」 is simply mood word. So, for example "食べたい" and "食べたいよ" are basically the same meaning, "I wanna eat". But 「ね」 sometimes includes asking for opinions or getting others consent. ... I wanna eat ... (+ How about you? / do you wanna too?). So, when you wanna get others consent, you can put 「ね」 in the end of the sentence. This is the only time when I can do it (+ How do you think? / do you think so?). Is this room dark? (+How do you think? / do you think so?). I hope it can help you learn Japanese :)
