Can I say 'She is happy in her family'? I mean she has a happy family. Is it OK to say 'She is happy in her family'? Thank you!

No. Not really. You could say: She is happy with her family.

well your sentence does not imply that she has a happy family, but rather that she as a person is happy surrounded by her family :)
