Haha! OK, this is a bit of a funny one to explain. Hudson is a typically macho, overly sexualised character in that film and that line basically means 'stop smiling at me and take off your underwear' but in a rhyme. In the specific scene, he's just found something so it's about being 'ready for action'. Hope that makes sense :)
