Are these both ok? My vacation was full/rich and fun.

The only one that sounds natural would be "my vacation was fun." To say "my vacation was rich," is a bit shaky. You'd be better off saying "My vacation was a rich experience," or something to that effect. "My vacation was full," doesn't sound right unless you say "full of..." Like "My vacation was full of scuba diving and parachuting," or "My vacation was full of fun and laughter," etc.
