About the Pippi Långstrump song :)
I just listened to the original version and am confused. The German version has a different middle piece (which I quite like. Actually it is my favourite bit), but it wasn't in the Swedish version. I have never heard that middle part before. Perhaps they had a hard time trying to make the translated words fit, so it became easier to come up with a new melody?
In German Wikipedia it says that the melody is originally written by Swedish Jan Johansson, but that a German composer (Konrad Elfers) has been involved in the German version: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hey,_Pippi_Langstrumpf
