Hi, I'm going to Times Square on this New year' eve. However, I dont know how to express it to my friends well. I want to tell them that Im going to celebrate new year's eve in Times square. do you have more natural ways to say that?

I think your way sounds fine. Remember to capitalize properly. So it should be:
I'm going to celebrate New Year's Eve in Times Square.
Another way you can say it is:
I'm counting down the New Year in Times Square.
