The "with" suggests that she will be involved. Without the "with" you might be told to go do the crimes, while she sit in her armchair watching TV. . I'm not sure what you want. Examples of phrasal verbs ending in "at" and "on". . I need a wall to throw this at. (throw something at something- phrasal verb) Get me a plate to put this pizza on. (put something on something - phrasal verb) . English is something that you can be good at (good at) . He's on the horse again. Get him off. Get me a box to put this in. (put something in something) . Where are you at? :) Hope it helps.

'with' changes the meaning completely. "She's looking for someone to do some crimes" means that she wants someone to do the crimes _for_ her. i.e. She does not do the crime. "She's looking for someone to do some crimes with." means that she wants to accompany someone when they do crimes. i.e. she does the crime as well. Sentences with "at" "on" and "in" at the end are usually phrasal verbs. I sit on a chair. I need to find a chair to sit on. I look at a mirror. I like to have a mirror to look at. I put beans in a bowl. Can you find me a bowl to put the beans in?
