2010 년 2월 19일 금요일 여러분 안녕하세요. 여기 오늘의 제 일기가 있어요. 전 존댓말을 (말) 쓰려고 노력해봤어요. Here is today's (my) diary. I have tried to write in Jondaetmal (speech). 제 일기가 오늘 짧아서 이건 복습하기를 쉬운 할 거에요. My diary is short today, so it will be easy to review. 오늘 월급 받았어요! I got paid today! 고마워요! @BigSis. Yep, I do write in English first, then Korean. I still find the SOV ordering, and the word dropping (Korean drops alot of words!), difficult. But I appreciate the feedback and comments as always!

well..Mark, do you write your diary in korean or English first? cuz in my opinion, you write in English first and then translate it. if you want to improve your Korean or other language skill, you'd better use that language when you even think or write. What I mean is think like Korean, write like Korean. you are doing great job with your korean, but if you try Korean first, that will make you more improved with it. make sense? just like this. if you are korean, you would write like this. 여기 보여드리는 게 오늘 제 일기예요. 오늘은 존댓말을 써보려고 노력했어요. 여기 오늘의 제 일기가 있어요. 전 존댓말을 (말) 쓰려고 노력해봤어요.
