She was hit by her husband until she broke. (broke being used in a somewhat metaphorical sense) Or similar to what Jura said, She was hit by her husband and received a fracture. The use of 被 puts it in the passive tense. However with "hit" + "fracture" its hard to make a passive sentence in English without knowing more information. If you don't need to use passive tense, follow Jura's active tense: Her husband hit her which caused a fracture. Another good way to say it, When her husband hit her, he caused a fracture. Normally we'd explain what was fractured (which bone? her skull?)

Wikipedia says that 25% of men in the world already suffered sexual abuse and damage by women! At all there are more rapes and struck fractures of men made by women then the other way on the world. So Harrison please don´t think that the men are the evil ones (you should know cause your also a man).
