I'm an Oxford University educated, qualified secondary school English teacher from London. I am British and I speak in a neutral accent. I specialise in Academic English - particularly writing and reading.
Teaching is my passion and I've been doing it for many years now. My other passion is learning languages and I think this helps me teach in a more efficient way. I learned Japanese and Korean in university and then went on to do a Masters in Japanese Literature from Oxford University. I also have a Masters in Education from Oxford University.

I've been teaching English professionally for 10+ years now. I currently work in a secondary school in London teaching GCSEs and A-Levels to British students. I offer online lessons on weekends to dedicated students and use the best technology to teach in the most efficient way possible.
Previously, I used to teach English in the city of Oxford to mainly adult students from beginners to advanced speakers, including some students who then successfully applied to Oxford University or other universities in the UK.My lessons & teaching style

I have followed Anu to learn English for a long time. She always prepares right contents for me for every lesson. After class, she also gives me the memo of the class for my review. She is a very good English teacher and full of responsibility. One or two times, I can't meet the time for class within 24 hours, she kindly accepted me to reschedule the class free. It was greatly appreciated.
