Hello everyone! I'm graduated in Languages and Literature and I have always loved languages in general, and that’s why I have chosen to teach Italian. I speak (and also teach) English and Spanish fluently, I also know some Romanian and French. I have been taking part to refresher teaching courses, and I have got the 'Cedils', an official certificate to teach Italian to foreigners, and I'm a CELI official examiner. I taught at the Italian Cultural Institute in Bucharest as a teacher, but I am also a tutor in international companies and a private teacher for individuals and groups. I have been teaching on-line for few years so far.

Paola is an excellent teacher that I would recommend to anyone wanting to learn Italian. I came to Italki after using Duolingo for several months wanting to learn more about grammar, become a better speaker, and improve my listening comprehension. Paola has a fantastic ability to gauge ability and learning gaps and create lessons to fill those gaps. She pulls from a large amount of learning material, if I’m struggling with a concept she instantly can pull up more material and go deeper into that concept. Adult learning is not always easy but she is so helpful with providing little bits of review while also moving forward. She is kind, fun to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable.

I love learning Italian with Paola! She is very clear in explanation, well structured, knows how to get to the main point of the lesson with a nice chit-chat and every lesson is a joy. I always have great fun learning Italian with her and also make advancements on my Italian comprehension. I would totally recommend her to anyone interested in learning Italian.
