Hi everyone, my name is Margherita and I teach Italian since 2014 for public schools, organizations and online. I actually live in Italy but I've lived in Mexico for 4 years.     Mi piace leggere un po' di tutto, in generale, ma, in particolare, mi piace leggere molto gialli ( con indagini e investigatori sono gialli, forse volevi dire polizieschi) Leggo anche molto libri di storia e scienza popolare.

    Ricetta pollo in salsa d'uovo. Ingredienti (per una persona) • 50 grammi di carne di pollo • Un uovo • Un quarto di cipolla • Condimenti: salsa di soia, zucchero e sale • riso. 1. Tagliamo la cipolla e il pollo a pezzi grossi 2. Mettiamo una pentola con dell'acqua e i condimenti sul fuoco. 3. Dopo avere scaldato i condimenti, buttiamo il pollo e la cipolla e poi lo facciamo bollire. 4. Quando il pollo è cotto, mettiamo un uovo intero e spegniamo il fuoco. 5 Dopo circa un minuto, lo mettiamo in una ciotola di riso.
