Tomoko

It was my first conversation in Japanese and I was pretty nervous. Tomoko Sensei has been just perfect. She has let me talk a lot and kept the conversation interesting and alive the whole time. I can’t wait until next time

I have studied with Tomoko-sensei for a few months now and hopefully will continue for many more! Every lesson brings me joy, as sensei is always very cheerful and energetic. She pays close attention to what I say, helping to correct both my grammar and the choice of words. Besides obviously being a proficient user of Japanese, Tomoko-sensei utilises both English and Russian languages well whenever there is something I struggle to understand. 来週楽しみ😊

I’ve worked with about 7 itaki teachers and Tomoko 先生 is the best one！ Я работал с 7 учителями итаки, и учитель Томоко - лучший из них！

I have had many lessons with Tomoko San. She is always on time and is willing to help me study whatever topic I’m interested in. Our conversations are enjoyable and she asks good questions to push me to use more Japanese. She is very kind and I’m thankful for her help in learning more Japanese!
