About Job Interview I have finished the last interview last week. The first interview was in April, so it took almost 2month... I knew that changing a job is one of life events, but had never expected how much effort and time I had to spend for it. I am so relived that total of three interviews are finally done. The first two were in English and the last one was in my mother tongue but with the top of the department. Before each interview, I prepared by doing lots of online researches and reading and watching educational contents. Many are to teach about basic questions that are often asked by interviewers and how to respond with confidence and trustworthiness. In my real interviews, none of them were true. It was very casual and the interviewers were so friendly and cheerful through the beginning to the end...Although I tell myself that this is unordinary, but I feel like I told about myself such as job experiences, skills, achievements, and my values and dreams.

I think a perfect language system is necessary to learn a language. It's not just about studying hard; we need to pursue effective methods and study strategically. While talent helps with languages, I believe even without it, you can still achieve your goals.

Recently, we traveled to Danang, a beautiful coastal city in Vietnam. I was so absorbed in preparing, searching for things to do before and while being there, arranging the habits after coming back home so I became abit lazy. I know it is an excuse but I still excuse since it is still my habit. Once again, I promise myself to stay disciplined and keep a perfect daily routine.

I teach students about cultural awareness, should have a good attitude towards the culture you are learning the language of, because there’s no point in learning a language if you don't want to communicate with people who've been raised in that culture.

I am going to describe the amount of import and export in Japan in 2022. Overall, Japan imported more than exported, and the largest part of trades was made with Asian countries. The total amount of export of Japan was 9,820 billion yen, which increased by 18.2% from the previous year. About 55% of the export went to the Asia, including China, South Korea and Taiwan. Japan exported mainly electronics to these countries. The second biggest region to which Japan exported was North America, whose percentage was about one-fifth. The main products to the US and Canada were automobiles and parts of automobiles. Focusing on the import next, the sum of purchase showed 39.6% increase from 2021 to 11,850 billion yen. Almost the half of import came from Asian countries with electronics, iron, coal and chemical products. Japan imported oil and oil products from Middle East countries, which accounted for nearly 15% of the total. North America, Europe and Oceania followed with the similar amount of trade although their products varied from medicines to coal and gus.

Learning online is a trendency for New age learner especially for the time of covid - 19. At that time, people was isolated and the lesson in person was stopped to avoid the transmition of virus. For some school interviews, they would required interviewee to make a video to introduce themselve for entry selection, the younysters had already got used to online activity. The increasingly use of online learning become a basic tool to strenghen their all round learning for students. The early to adopt online learning, the more benefit to receive from its convenience. Online learning would not be so much differences from the class in person, people interaction will still remain and it can enhance efficiency. The only cons of online learning is that it enhances global competition for teachers, student's choices for learning wouldn't be confined to their terriortory. Thank you.
