On December 22nd, I went to a gym and achieved my 2023 goal of lifting 70kg on the bench press. I was very happy. My goal for 2024 is to lift 85kg on the bench press. On December 27th, my TOEIC results came out and I got 530 points. I'm not satisfied with the result, but I thought I had to try harder. I will do my best to get 600 points on the exam I will take on January 28th. On December 30th, I went to my grandmother's house in Yamagata Prefecture. It was fun because I got to meet all my cousins. It wasn't snowing in Yamagata, but it was very dry. So I caught a cold. On January 6th, there was a junior high school reunion. It was fun to meet a lot of people for the first time in a while. I don't usually drink alcohol, but on this day I drank more than I ever had in my life. More than 30 people gathered for the second and third parties and everyone had a great time. It's been a really great day. There will be a coming-of-age ceremony tomorrow. And finally, it is essential to cook food without frying it , and add plenty of vegetables because they are rich in fiber that are important to the function of our intestines, besides, they are rich in antioxidants that help our cells to fight cancerous oxidants.

I like to watch football. For me, football is one of the best sport in the world. What I don't like about this sport is that in some cases it is a modern human slavery. Beseides football, I also like watching ice hockey.

Hello! Today, I'm going to talk about my winter vacation. The first memory is I had a Christmas party with my college friends. It was held in my house. On New Year's Eve, I went to shiogama fish market in Miyagi prefecture to buy ingredients for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day meals. We bought a lot of octopus, shrimp, crab and so on. I watched Kohaku Uta Gassen all New Year's Eve. I like anime, and this time there were a lot of anime songs, so I was really excited. Kohaku Uta Gassen is a program that is broadcast only on New Year's Eve in Japan, where the red and white groups compete by singing songs. On New Year's day, I didn't do anything in particular, but 2nd I went to a shrine in Sendai for New Year's visit.
