It's hard to spend time these days. Japan is humid and has high temperatures. I get tired just by walking outside. If you don't walk with a parasol, it will be very difficult while you go to school. Also, the air conditioner is working on the train and the school is cool. I want to be careful not to get sick because of the temperature difference！

Hello. I only have two classes today, so I'm going to study for next week's test. However, I'm a little nervous because I have to give a presentation in English today. Nobody wants to feel still tired after getting up in the morning, but many have definitely suffered from this annoying condition. They tried many ways to improve their sleep quality,but failed. I have ever had the same experience which caused I was hard to focus on work and other things. Then my family and friends gave me many tips to improve sleep quality, but none of them worked. Later, I slowly understood the real reason which made me exhausted throughout a whole day. It's the stress from the goals I had set for my life which beyonded my ablities. Much desires is the origin of stress. So, I began to lower my goals in my life. I only tried to achieve these goals which could help me grow. I learned a lot from the process of achieving these goals. I was full of energy to do everything well. A good sleep quality came again.

Today, I'm going to eat sushi with my friends. I’m really excited because I love sushi. I used to like salmon the most, but recently, I’ve fallen in love with engawa. It’s rich and fatty, which makes it super delicious. Engawa is amazing! However, my all-time favorite food is definitely ramen. I think tonkotsu ramen is the best food in the world and probably my favorite for life. Have a nice day!

So it's not obscure words but thoughtful minds that truly give writing its depth and breadth. Please share your thoughts on how to read this book. How do I benefit from reading it as a language learner?

What does "for our own good" mean here? "The temptation might be to brush off these achievements too lightly for our own good. Given what we may have gone through, these are milestones that deserve celebration."

This morning, I made and ate French toast. It turned out really delicious, and it was a nice way to start the day. Now I’m craving a fruit tart cake! My favorite cake is strawberry tart. I haven’t had one in a while, so maybe I’ll get one sometime this week as a little treat.

暑い夏にはうどんが食べたくなります。 最近はまっている具材は、かつおぶし、黒ごま、韓国のり、エゴマの葉、ニンニク、ゆで卵。 日本ではあまり見かけない組み合わせだけど、さっぱりしてて美味しい。 私は香川県出身なのですが、香川県は「うどん県」と呼ばれているくらいうどんが有名です。 子どもの頃は、毎週末家族でうどんを食べていました。 Hot summer makes me crave udon. Lately, I’ve been really into topping it with bonito flakes, black sesame seeds, Korean seaweed, perilla leaves, garlic, and boiled eggs. It’s a combination we don’t often see in Japan, but it’s refreshing and delicious. I lived in Kagawa Prefecture until I was 10 years old, which is so famous for udon that it’s often called “Udon Prefecture.” When I was a child, my family and I used to eat udon together every weekend.

Today, after school, I went to a café and worked on an assignment. It’s really hot in Japan these days, so I often find myself stopping by a café for a cold drink. It gets a bit cooler at night, so I really enjoy taking evening walks. I have to wake up early tomorrow, so I’ll go to bed soon.
