italki Plus is a paid subscription service. Those who have subscribed to italki Plus enjoy various benefits such as AI-created study materials and quizzes, progress and goal tracking, and organized language learning systems. Current italki Plus services include, but are not limited to:

- Access to premium AI features

- Promotional access to select partner platforms

- Exclusive membership events

- A free italki Language Test in 7 languages (yearly subscription only)

- Accepted Payments: You can pay for your subscription via Paypal, credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Play. The payments will be automatically charged from your selected payment method.

- Update Payment Information: If you want to update your payment information, please cancel and renew your subscription.

- Solve Payment Issues: Please pay attention to the card expiration date and balance to make sure it can be charged successfully. If there is any issue with your subscription renewal payment, you can cancel your current subscription and use another payment method to subscribe to italki plus.

- View Payment Information: You can see your payments in "My wallet" > "Transaction Detail" > "italki Plus" tab

You may join the 30-day trial for FREE if you have never subscribed before. The first payment will be automatically charged after the 30-day trial period unless the subscription is canceled. If you canceled your subscription within the trial period, you won’t be charged for the paid version.

If you choose to continue using the paid subscription, you are automatically charged once a month/year when the paid version starts. Your billing date may be one day earlier or later due to time zone differences. Payments may take several days to appear on your account.

If the day of your billing date does not occur in every month (i.e. on the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month instead.

If you pay through a third party, your billing date may vary from your provider's billing date.

To cancel a subscription made with a credits card or Paypal, please go to Settings > Payment in your italki account.

You may cancel your paid subscription two days before the start of your next billing period. Once the subsciption is canceled, your benefits will continue until the end of the billing cycle. Please note that you won't receive a refund for the billing cycle you have already paid for.

Those who have paid for a Plus subscription can enjoy free trials on select partner platforms. You can activate 3 partner codes in the first month and 1 partner code per month afterwards.

1. A partner company's promo code can only be redeemed by those who currently do not have a paid account with the partner company.

2. Codes need to be redeemed within 7 days of activation in your Plus membership page
