16. Verbos en contexto. How to say ‘to hurry up’ in Spanish (Part 2)

Hey, how are you? I hope you are well. I'm Milo, a Spanish tutor at italki, and today we're going to talk about some Colombian words that you may not find in your regular dictionary. Let's see what they mean!

Vaina: En Colombia, "vaina" se usa de manera muy general para referirse a algo cuando no sabemos o no queremos decir el nombre exacto de lo que estamos mencionando, algo similar a "whatchamacallit" o "thing" en inglés. Es una palabra muy versátil, y su significado depende del contexto. Ejemplo: "¿Pasó algo con esa vaina?" o "No sé cómo se llama esa vaina, pero me gusta."

Yeyo: "Yeyo" describe un malestar o una sensación física fuerte, generalmente después de un desmayo o una caída. Es como el dolor o la incomodidad que alguien siente cuando se desmaya o se siente muy mal. Ejemplo: "Me dio un yeyo cuando vi la noticia."

Perrenque: Aunque en el diccionario de colombianismos "perrenque" se interpreta como un "látigo" o "zurriago", en muchas regiones de Colombia se refiere a algo mucho más positivo. Se usa para describir a alguien con mucha energía, valentía, fuerza o coraje. Es algo como una actitud poderosa o audaz. Ejemplo: "El equipo jugó con perrenque y ganó el partido."

Aguacatado: Esta palabra describe a una persona que se muestra sin gracia, aburrida o con una actitud pretenciosa, a menudo exagerando su estilo o su comportamiento. Es un término que refleja una actitud que no genera simpatía o no tiene mucha energía. Ejemplo: "Ese tipo es muy aguacatado, siempre está presumiendo."

LA BANDERA DE MÉXICO.

En 1821 Agustín de Iturbide se inspiró en dar garantías a los mexicanos declarando la Independencia de México, es entonces cuando nace nuestra Bandera. 

En la declaración del plan de Iguala, Iturbide llevaba la bandera trigarante (verde, blanca y rojo), pero en franjas diagonales. Los colores de la bandera garantizaban algunos derechos: el blanco representaba la religión católica; el verde representaba la independencia de México ante España y el rojo la igualdad y la unión de los mexicanos con los españoles y las castas.

Al finalizar el Imperio de Agustín de Iturbide en 1823, el Congreso Constituyente instauró oficialmente la Bandera Nacional conservando los colores verde, blanco y rojo, pero con algunos cambios: al águila se le quitó la corona imperial y se agregaron los símbolos republicanos de las ramas de laurel y encino.

A mediados del siglo XIX, con la llegada de Benito Juárez a la presidencia del país, se cambió el significado de sus colores , como consecuencia de la separación del estado con la iglesia: Verde: Esperanza; Blanco: Unidad y Rojo: la sangre de los héroes nacionales.

Y es así que el 24 de febrero de 1984 entró en vigencia la nueva Ley sobre el Escudo, la Bandera y el Himno Nacionales, en la que se establece: 

ARTÍCULO 3o.- La Bandera Nacional consiste en un rectángulo dividido en tres franjas verticales de medidas idénticas, con los colores en el siguiente orden a partir del asta: verde, blanco y rojo. En la franja blanca y al centro, tiene el Escudo Nacional, con un diámetro de tres cuartas partes del ancho de dicha franja. La proporción entre anchura y longitud de la bandera, es de cuatro a siete. Podrá llevar un lazo o corbata de los mismos colores, al pie de la moharra. Un modelo de la Bandera Nacional, autenticado por los tres poderes de la Unión, permanecerá depositado en el Archivo General de la Nación y otro en el Museo Nacional de Historia.

はい、こんにちは洋平先生です。え、今日はみんなの日本語の24課の「～てもらう」の話をしたいです。えー、よくある間違えを言いますね。間違いではないんですけど、とても不自然な文を言います。
・美容院（びよういん）に行きました。その美容院のスタッフは、私のかみを切りました。
 
うん、これは文法的（ぶんぽうてき）にパーフェクトです。 うん、正しい日本語ですが、日本人は言いませんね。これはちょっとおかしな文です で、えー、日本人がどう言うかというと、
・美容院に行って、髪を切ってもらいました
 
これが自然ですね、はい。で、どうしてそう言うかというと、2つ理由があって、日本語は主語（しゅご）subjectですね、主語をあまり変えない方がいいんですね。
「”わたしは”　美容院に行きました。”スタッフは”　かみを切りました」
 
ちょっとこれが変なんですよね。ですから、そうしないために『美容院に行って、 かみを切ってもらいました』、ということもあるんですけども、もう1つは”何かをお願（ねが）いして、何かをたのんで、それを相手がした時”に「～てもらいました」を使います。
で、みんなの日本語の24課でえー、「何々ってもらう」、これは、何か親切なことをしてもらった時や何か感謝（かんしゃ）をしなければいけない時に使うと習ったんですね。で、それは正解（せいかい）です。 
うん、うん。で、美容院に行って、かみを切ってもらいました。これは、感謝（かんしゃ）することなんで、えー、そう言ってもいいんですけども、お金を払ったのは私ですよね。ですから、感謝をしなければいけないのかな、 ということもあるんですよね。で、そこでいえーこの文法のいい覚え方が、 あ、自分の頼んだことを相手がした時に使うと覚えるといいと思います。
うん、他にもえー、
・車の修理工場へ行って、車を直してもらった。
・病院へ行って、 医者に見てもらった。
・日本語教室へ行って、日本語を教えてもらった。
 
などいう事ができますよね。はい、オッケーですか。で、もう1つお話したいことがあるんですけども、「かみを切りました」、ちょっとこれが特殊（とくしゅ）な動詞なんですよ。 
えー、じゃあ、
「今日私かみを切った」
 
これを聞いて、今みなさんどう思いましたか。「え、自分で切ったんですか？」「あなたが自分で切ったんですか？？」と思いませんでしたか、えっとですね、例えば、 「きのう美容院へ行ってかみを切ったんだよ」うん、これはですね、自分で切っていなくても言えることなんです。美容院のスタッフがかみを切ったとしても、よく日本人は「かみを切りました」と言います。ですから、「あなたがかみを切りました」で、学校へ行きます。会社へ行きます で、みんなが言います。みんながあなたに言います。「おお、かみを切りましたか」、 「お、髪切った？」であなたは答えます。「うん、切ったよ」「うん。かみを切りましたよ」
はい、これは自分で切ったという意味じゃないんですね。そういう意味にもなるんですけど、ほとんどの場合は、美容院のスタッフが切った、ということなんですよ。 
え、”かみを切りました”。
こういう使い方もできるということを覚えといてください。
はい、今日も聞いてくれてありがとうございました。じゃあ、みんな日本語の勉強がんばってね。バイバイ👋
