**会议前1小时**：
- [ ] 用模板写下自己的三句话。
- [ ] 念出来5遍（前2遍慢速，后3遍正常语速）。
- [ ] 用手机录音，听一遍是否清晰、自信。
- [ ] 把句子写在便签纸上，贴在摄像头旁边。

**会议开始前5分钟**：
- [ ] 检查摄像头、麦克风、网络。
- [ ] 深呼吸一次。
- [ ] 当听到“请新同事自我介绍”时，微笑，看摄像头，慢速清晰地说出来。

**会议中**：
- [ ] 别人发言时，保持倾听，适时点头。
- [ ] 如果有人提问没听懂，用这句话：“您说的是……的意思吗？我再确认一下。”
