→映画に行くんですが、一緒に行きませんか。

会社を作ります。うちで働きませんか。
→会社を作るんですが、うちで働きませんか。


”ので”
ごはんを作ったので、食べませんか。

映画に行くので、一緒に行きませんか。

会社を作るので、うちで働きませんか。


ほとんど同じ。”が”は会話の始めという感（かん）じ。
”ので”は会話のとちゅうという感（かん）じ。
