Wǒ de jiā lǐ yǒu sì kǒu rén: bàba, māma, mèimei hé wǒ。

我爸爸是一名中学数学老师，他对学生很热情，并且很有耐心。我小时候也去过爸爸的学校，他一直都很受学生的欢迎；
Wǒ bàba shì yī míng zhōngxué shùxué lǎoshī, tā duì xuéshēng hěn rèqíng,bìngqiě hěn yǒu nàixīn。Wǒ xiǎo shíhòu yě qù guò bàba de xuéxiào, tā yīzhí dōu hěn shòu xuéshēng de huān yíng。

My mother is an ordinary worker, but she works seriously and has won the title of excellent worker for many times.  Back home, my mother will take care of my father, my sister and me. Even though I am older now, I still enjoy chatting with my mother.  

My sister is a college student, like sweet, especially like singing, she even take a shower are singing, every day to everyone's rest, she always want us to be her fans, sing an afternoon.  
 
I love my family. After work, I always like to stay with them, chatting, shopping and eating.

日本人は何個ぐらい漢字を覚えているんですか？と聞かれることがあります。
人によって差はあると思いますが、日本人は平均3000字ぐらい読めるそうです。
日本人のほとんどが書ける漢字より読める漢字の方がかなり多いと思います。
特に大人になると漢字を手で書くことが少ないので、漢字が書けなくなります。
私も漢字がどんどん書けなくなっていることを感じています。
本やニュースを読んでいると読めない漢字もあります。
そういう時は話の流れで意味を推測したり、その漢字を辞書で調べます。

生徒さんから「漢字はどうやって覚えたらいいですか」とよく聞かれます。私はやはり書いて覚えることが一番だと思います。なぜ書くことが大事かというと、書くとその漢字の形がよくわかるからです。例えば、「体」と「休む」の漢字はとてもよく似ています。書かなくても、話の流れで、「体」と読むのか「休む」と読むのかがわかるかもしれません。でも書いてみると、その二つの漢字の違いがよく分かり、話の流れが分からなくても何について書いているのかが分かるようになります。

そして漢字について一番大事なことは正確に読めることだと思います。本を読んだり、ニュースを読んでいる時は読み方を間違えていても、問題ありません。でも、その間違えた読み方を使って話すと、相手はあなたが言いたいことを理解できません。せっかく覚えた単語が、伝わらないのは悲しいですよね。だから、正確な読み方を覚えるのはとても大切です。

最後に「漢字は書けた方がいいですか」と聞かれます。正直、日本で生活をしていて、漢字を書く機会はほとんどありません。もし、書かなければいけないときは、分からない漢字をスマホで調べて書けばいいと思います。でも、スマホで調べるときに、間違えた読み方を入力すると、スマホはあなたが知りたい漢字を教えてくれません。なので、正しい読み方を覚えることはとても大事だと思います。

みなさんは漢字が得意ですか？
漢字を覚えるのは難しいですが、漢字が読めると日本語でマンガや本を読めるようになり、日本語を勉強するのがもっと楽しくなると思います。

日本人は何個漢字が読める？（How many kanjis can Japanese read？）

If you don't already lift weights, it may be time to start. According to researchers from Japan, just 30 to 60 minutes of muscle-strengthening exercise a week is enough to lower a person's risk of early death.

Muscle-strengthening exercise can include activities like push-ups, yoga and walking up steps, among others.

The research was based on 16 previously published studies that had between 4,000 and 480,000 adult participants.

The studies were done in the US, England, Scotland, Australia and Japan. The participants had no serious health issues, and they were monitored for at least two years.

The results, published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, showed that those who did between 30 and 60 minutes of strength or weight training a week had a 10% to 20% lower risk of early death from all causes.

This type of exercise was also found to lower the risks of heart disease and cancer by about the same amount.

Participants who reported doing a combination of muscle training and aerobic activity were found to have a 40% lower risk of death from all causes, 46% lower risk of heart disease, and 28% lower risk of death from cancer.

However, after 130 to 140 minutes of muscle training, the positive health effects decreased, and were only seen in issues related to diabetes.

Speaking with CNN, University of Minnesota professor William Roberts, who was not part of the study, said the results are good for people who want to improve their health but don't have much time for exercise.
