الطَبِيعَة مَلْيَانِة بالمَنَاظِر والأَصْوَات الرَهِيبِة.
المَطَر اللي بِيغَيِّر الجو بَعد نُزُولُه, أو مَنْظَر التَلج الأبْيَض اللي بِيغَطِي الدِنْيَا.
الهَوَا النْضِيف اللي مْنِتْنَفَسُه كِل صُبْح مَع رِيحِة الشَجَر الأخْضَر.
أو البَحر اللي ما بِينَام أَبَدًا و بيعْطِي شُعُور بِالحَيَاة والأَمَل لَكِل النَاس.
بَس للأسَف, الإنسان بِيسَاعِد على زِيَادِة التَلَوُّث اللي هُو أَكْبَر عَدُو للطَبِيعَة.
بِسَبب زِيَادِة المَبَانِي بِالعَالَم بِآخِر كَم سِنِة, بَدَأ النَاس يِسْتَغْنُوا عن الطَبِيعَة والحَدَايِق والغَابَات مشَان يزِيدُوا المَبَانِي.

الطبيعة Nature 🏞️

قَرَارَات الحَيَاة غَالِبًا بِتْشَكِّل صُورِة المُسْتَقْبَل.
وكِل قَرَار بْيِحْمِل عَوَاقِب, سوَاءًا كَان لَفَتْرَة قَصِيرَة أو طَوِيلِة.
القَرَارَات الصَعْبِة بِتْقَوِي وبِتْزِيد صَلَابِة الشَخْصِيِة.
بس بَعض القَرَارَات بْتِطَلَّب تَضْحِيِة بَس مُمْكِن تْأَدِّي للنُمُو.
مُوَازَنِة المَنْطِق و المَشَاعِر هي مُفْتَاح أَخْد القَرَارَات الصَحِيحَة. 
ومو عَيب لو الإِنْسَان طَلَب نَصَائِح مِن أَشْخَاص عِنْدهُم خِبْرَة أَكْبَر.
عَلَى كُلِّ, كِل قَرَار, صْغِير أو كْبِير, بِيسَاهِم فِي تَطْوِير النَفْس
Life decisions mostly shape the future's image.
every decision carries consequences, it was either for a short or a long period.
The difficult decisions strengthen and increase the personality toughness.
But some decisions demand sacrifice but they may lead to growth.
Balancing the logic and the emotions are the key for making the correct decisions.
and it’s not a shame if the person requested advice from people who have more experience.
However, every decision, small or big, contributes to self improvement.


قرارات الحياة / Life decisions 🧬

"فَن اللَامُبَالَاة" أُسْلُوب حَياة بِشَجِع عَلى التَرْكِيزْ على الأُمُور المُهِمِّة بِالحَيَاة وتَجَاهُل التَفَاصِيل اللي مَا بِتْضِيف قِيمِة حَقِيقِية.
هَادا الفن بْسَاعدك للتَخَلُّص مِن القَلَق والتَوَتُر النَاتِجْ عَن مُحَاوَلِة إِرْضَاء النَاس أو السَعِي بِإِتِجَاه الكَمَال.
بيعتمد فَن اللامبالاة على فِكْرِة إِنُّو تِقْبَل الحَيَاة بِكِلْشِي فِيهَا مِن تَحَدِيَات وصُعُوبَات والتَرْكِيز عَلَى الأشياء المُمْكِن تَغيِيرْهَا وتَحْسِينْهَا.
بْيُعْتَبَر هَادَا الفَن وَسِيلِة لتَقْوِيِة الصِحَة النَفْسِيِة مِن خِلَال تَقْلِيل الضُغُوطَات الإِجْتِمَاعِيِة والشَخْصِيِة.
كَمَان بِِشَجِع عَلَى فِهْم إِنُو السَعَادِة والرِضَا بيِجُوا مِن جُوَّا ومُو مِن المُحَاوَلَات المُسْتَمِرَة لِتَحْقِيق تَوَقُعَاتْ التَانِيِين.
بيسَاهِم بِبِنَاء شَخْصِيِة قَويِة ومُسْتَقِلِة وقَادْرَة إِنُو تَاخُد قَرَارَات صَحِيحَة.

This art helps you get rid of anxiety and stress caused by trying to satisfy people or seeking perfection.
The art of not giving a shit relies on the idea that you accept life with all its challenges and difficulties and focus on the things that can be changed and improved.

"فَن اللَامُبَالَاة" أُسْلُوب حَياة بِشَجِع عَلى التَرْكِيزْ وعلى الأُمُور المُهِمِّة بِالحَيَاة وتَجَاهُل التَفَاصِيل اللي مَا بِتْضِيف قِيمِة حَقِيقِية.
هَادا الفن بْسَاعدك للتَخَلُّص مِن القَلَق والتَوَتُر بسبب مُحَاوَلِة إِرْضَاء النَاس أو السَعِي بِإِتِجَاه الكَمَال.
بيعتمد فَن اللامبالاة على فِكْرِة إِنُّو تِقْبَل الحَيَاة بِكِلْشِي فِيهَا مِن تَحَدِيَات وصُعُوبَات والتَرْكِيز عَلَى الأشياء المُمْكِن تَغيِيرْهَا وتَحْسِينْهَا.

كمان بيشجع على فهم إنو السعادة والرضا بيجوا من جوَّا ومو من المحاولات المستمرة لتَحْقِيق توقعات التانيين.
بيساهم ببناء شخصية قوية ومستقلة وقادرة إنو تاخد قرارات صحيحة.

فَن اللامُبَالَاة / The art of indifference ✋

غَالِبًا السوشال ميديا بْتِعْرِض أَشْيَاء مْفَلْتَرَة مِن الحَيَاة, لأنو الناس بِيشَارْكُوا الأَحْدَاث المُهِمِّة بَس.
وهَاد الشِي بْيِعْكِس صُورَة مِثَالِيِّة لحَيَاة بَعْض النَاس اللي هي عَكْس الصُورَة الحَقِيقِية.
بَس كَمَان هَالشِي بِسَبِّب ضَغْط عَالِي على هَدُول الأَشْخَاص لأنو لازم يِطْلَعُوا دَائِمًا بِصُورَة مِثَالِيِّة.
بِالمُقَابِل, فِي أَشْخَاص تَانِيين بِيقَارْنُوا حَيَاتْهُم مَع حَيَاة هَدُول الأَشْخَاص. 
بَس لِلْأَسَف هَي المُقَارَنِة ممكن تْأَدِّي للشُعُور بِالإِكْتِئَاب.
لازم نِتْزَكَّر دَائِمًا إِنُّو الأشياء اللي مِنْشُوفْهَا على السوشال ميديا ما بِتْكُون الصُورَة الكَامْلِة, وكِل إِنْسَان عِنْدُو مَشَاكِل بِالحَيَاة والحَيَاة المَثَالِيِّة مَا مَوجُودِة!
Mostly social media shows filtered things from life, because people share only the important events.
And this reflects a perfect image of the life of some people which is the opposite of the real image.
But also this thing causes high pressure on these people because they always have to appear in a perfect image.
In contrast, there are other people who compare their life with the life of those people.
But unfortunately, this comparison can lead to the feeling of depression.
We should always remember that the things that we see on social media are not the full picture, and every human has problems in life, and the perfect life does not exist.

السوشال ميديا / Social Media

الرِيَاضَة بِتْسَاعِدْنَا نِبْقَى بِلَيَاقَة وصَحَّة جَسَدِيِة وَعَقْلِيِة مْنِيحَة.
Sports help us stay fit and in good mental and physical health.
مُمَارَسِة الرِيَاضَة مُمْكِن تْقَلِّل التَوَتُر وكَمَان بِتْزِيد التَرْكِيز بِالمَهَام اليَومِيِة.
Practicing sports can reduce stress and also increase the focus in the daily tasks.
والرِيَاضَة بْتِلْعَب دَور مُهِم بِنَجَاح الإِنْسَان لأَنّهَا بِتْعَلِّم الإِنْسَان عَالإِنْضِبَاط 
And the sport plays a main role in the success of the person because it teaches discipline to the person
والرِيَاضَات الجَمَاعِيِة بِتْعَلِّمْنَا كِيف نِشْتِغِل كَفَرِيق.
Team sports teach us how to work as a team.
بِالإِضَافِة, الرِيَاضَات مُمْكِن تْسَاعِدْنَا نْكَوِّن أَصْحَاب جْدَاد
In addition, sports can help us make new friends.
بِالمُقَابِل, مُشَاهَدِة الرِيَاضَة تُعْتَبَر طَرِيقَة مْنِيحَة للتَوَاصُل مع العَيلِة والأَصْحَاب.
On the other hand, watching sports is considered as a great way to connect with family and friends.
بِشَكِل عَام, إِضَافِة الرِيَاضَة بِرَوتِينَّا اليَومِي بْزِيد السَعَادِة بِالَحَياة 
In general, including sport in our daily routine increases the happiness in the life


الرياضة / Sport 🥅

الوقت أَقْوَى سِلَاح بِحَيَاتْنَا وكِلْشِي بْيِعْتِمِد على الوقت.
Time is the strongest weapon in our life and everything depends on the time.
مَثَلًا العَادَات المْنِيحَة بِتْطَوِّر الإِنْسَان كتير بَس بْتِحْتَاج وَقت
For example, good habits improve the person a lot but they need time.
بَس للأَسَف, أغلب الشَبَاب مَا بْيِدْرِكُوا قِيمِة الوَقْت إلَّا لَعِمِر مِتْأَخِّر.
But unfortunately, most men do not realize the value of time until a later age.
و بْكُونوا ضَيَّعُوا كْتِير أَشْيَاء بِحَيَاتْهُم ﻷنو قَضُّوا حَيَاتْهُم المَاضْيِة بِإِهْتِمَامَات تَافْهَة.
And they would have wasted many things in their lives because they spent their past lives with trivial concerns.
العمر قَصِير واليوم اللي رَاح مَا رَح يِرْجَع.
Life is short and the day that is gone will never come back.
مْشَان هَيك, اللي بِيفْهَم قِيمِة الوَقْت مْنِيح رَح يَعْرِف يِسْتَغِل حَيَاتُو بْشَكِل صَحِيح
Therefore, whoever understands the value of time well knows how to use his life in the right way.

الوقت / Time ⌛

اليوم عِنْدِي رِحْلِة السَاعَة سِتِّة المَغْرِب من بَيرُوت لَإسطَنْبُول.
حَجَزْت التَذْكِرَة قَبِل يَومَين مْشَان هَيك كَانِت كْتِير غَاليِة.
عَلَى كُلٍّ, لازم أَكُون بِالمَطَار قَبِل سَاعْتَين, بس أنا بْحِب أَرُوح قَبِل تْلاتِة سَاعَات لأنو الوَاحِد مَا بْيَعْرِف شو مُمْكِن يْصِير.
أَخُوي رَح يِجِي لَهَون لَمَّا يخَلِّص شِغِل مْشَان يْوَصِّلْنِي للمَطَار بْسَيَّارْتُو.
هالمَرَّة حَجَزْت الكِرْسِي جَنب الشُبَّاك مُو مِتل المَرَّة المَاضْيِة كَان بِالنُص.
بس والله خَايِف يْحَكُّونِي مْشَان الوَزْن, لأنو عِنْدِي تلاتة كِيلُو زْيَادِة بِالشَنْطَة.
بس رَح آخُد مَعِي مَصَارِي زْيَادِة مْشَان إِذَا حَكُّونِي إِنُو لَازِم إِدْفَعْ مْشَان الوَزن.
