🧠 La Puerta del Cuarto 103 🚪

Daniel llegó al viejo hotel de montaña buscando un poco de paz. El recepcionista le entregó la llave y le advirtió con una sonrisa incómoda: “Evite mirar por la mirilla de la puerta del cuarto 103”. Daniel, intrigado, subió las escaleras y, al llegar a su habitación, no pudo evitar fijarse en la puerta mencionada, que estaba justo frente a la suya. La mirilla parecía un ojo negro que lo observaba. Trató de ignorarlo, pero su curiosidad crecía con cada minuto.

A medianoche, incapaz de resistirse, se acercó sigilosamente y miró por la mirilla. Al otro lado solo vio una habitación vacía y completamente blanca. Pero cuando apartó el ojo, sintió un escalofrío: alguien lo observaba desde detrás. Se giró bruscamente, pero no había nadie. Al volver a mirar por la mirilla, vio una silueta alta y delgada, con ojos completamente rojos. Retrocedió y corrió a su cama, convencido de que todo era su imaginación.

Por la mañana, fue a la recepción y le contó lo ocurrido al recepcionista. Este palideció. “¿Dijo que vio ojos rojos?”, preguntó. Daniel asintió. El recepcionista tragó saliva y le dijo: “Esa habitación… está cerrada desde hace diez años, desde que un huésped desapareció dejando esa misma descripción”. Daniel se quedó helado y, al girarse para marcharse, notó una cosa más: la llave de su habitación ya no estaba en su bolsillo, sino sobre el mostrador… junto a una pequeña nota que decía: "Te veo esta noche".

え、今日は”思い出”と”記憶（きおく）” のちがいのお話をしたいと思います。これ、どちらも英語で”memory”だと思うんですね。 でも、そのコアイメージ core image はかなりちがいます。えー、1つ目は

①嬉(うれ）しかったことや、楽しかったことは”思い出” の方がよく使われます。 

ま、例えば、
ok この学校には楽しい記憶がたくさんあります。 
〇この学校には楽しい思い出がたくさんあります。

うん、こちらの方がまあ、ふつうは、うん、ベターですね、自然な表現だと思います。えー、他にもえー、

②”記憶”は経験したことを言うことが多いです。えー、経験（けいけん）したことというか、えーと、あまり感情（かんじょう）、気持ちが入っていないデータのようなことですね。
 
えー、例えば、
〇この患者（かんじゃ）さん、頭を強く打ってから記憶がないんです。 
✕この患者（かんじゃ）さん、頭を強く打ってから思い出がないんです。

これはとても変な日本語です。これは言うことはできません。他にも

〇漢字を記憶しても復習しなければ、1週間をほとんど忘れてしまうよ。 
✕漢字を思い出しても、復習しなければ、1週間をほとんど忘れてしまうよ。

これは言うことができませんし、えー、そもそも”思い出をする” と動詞にすることができません。 
はい、記憶は ”記憶する” 、うん、”覚える”ということですね。動詞にすることができます。
えー、もう1つ
③悪いことを思い出と言ってもいいですが、記憶や体験（たいけん）、うん体験 ですねの方が多いと思います。

ok あそこで怖い思い出がある。
ok あそこで恐ろしい記憶がある
うん、これもオッケーです。オッケーですが、えーっとここでの 表現は、あー、例えば、

〇あそこに行くと恐ろしい記憶がよみがえる。
〇あそこで恐ろしい体験（たいけん）をした。

ちょっとこちらの方がベターですよね。
うん、どうですか、ちょっと最後ちょっとむずかしかったかもしれないですけど、え、”思い出”と”記憶（きおく）”のイメージわかってきましたか。 
はい、わかってくれたらちょっと嬉（うれ）しいです。はい、今日も聞いてくれてありがとうございます。じゃあ、みんな日本語の勉強がんばってください。

＃22　”思い出” と ”記憶（きおく）”＝memory？

TikTok has announced it will block young users on the social networking platform from using certain beauty filters on photographs.

The filters allow users to edit photos and do things like make people's skin look clearer, their eyes a little bigger or their lips a little fuller.

Some filters also allow users to change their skin color, and it can be hard to see when a photograph has been edited in this way.

People under the age of 18 will be blocked from using these filters, some of which are created by users and others that are made by the app.

TikTok announced the changes after a report by Internet Matters, a children's online safety organization. The organization found that these beauty filters could be damaging to children's mental health because they put young people under pressure to look a certain way.

This can damage children's self-esteem and cause anxiety, experts say.

Christine Grahn from TikTok said on LinkedIn: "If our users don't feel safe, they won't bring their true selves to TikTok and the platform just wouldn't be the same."

One TikTok user told The Guardian in 2022 that she had considered getting cosmetic surgery after a period of using beauty filters on the app.

Fun filters that allow children to add dog noses or rabbit ears to images will still be available to use.

One problem with the ban is that not all users enter their real ages when signing up to TikTok. The company said it would soon be trying out new machine learning systems that could help find out when users had entered the incorrect age.

TikTok is under pressure to stop under 13s from using the platform by giving false dates of birth.

Children's safety charities want all social media sites to do more to make the platforms safe spaces for young people.

TikTok to Ban Under 18s from Using Beauty Filters

YUCATAN es uno de los estados con mayor índice de conformidad respecto a sus servicios públicos, es decir, que sus habitantes están satisfechos con el trato y la calidad que reciben.

Además, en los últimos años Yucatán se ha caracterizado por ser pionero en propuestas como la eliminación del uso de plásticos y unicel para combatir el cambio climático. Desde grandes tiendas nacionales e internacionales, hasta pequeños comercios y puestos de comida, la conciencia por el cuidado del ambiente es una política que se ha ido colando en la vida diaria de los ciudadanos.

Al mismo tiempo, Yucatán se ha preocupado por establecer acuerdos que hagan de su capital, Mérida la mejor ciudad para vivir en México.

Por ejemplo, actualmente Mérida se convertirá en una de las primeras ciudades inteligentes en México, ya que pronto contará con tecnología  para mejorar el tráfico y la contaminación sonora, así como para hacerla aún más segura.

Yucatán es un estado que se caracteriza por su amplia gama cultural. Desde las edificaciones que habitan sus comunidades hasta las celebraciones y los ritos que las acompañan. Todo esto en conjunto ha creado una curiosidad a nivel internacional, en especial gracias a la presencia de la cultura Maya y su fuerte influencia en el estado.

Y como ya sabrás, la seguridad es una de las cartas más fuertes de presentación del estado y de la ciudad, ya que Yucatán es el estado más seguro de México.

Es por eso que Yucatán y Mérida resultan tan atractivas. Uno puede caminar por las calles de la ciudad tranquilamente para disfrutar de la arquitectura, encontrar cafés y restaurantes con platillos típicos o explorar bellezas naturales como los cenotes.
