Antes de comenzar la lectura.

Presta atención a la lectura de tu profesor.


Era una casa con su huerta y su jardín.

En la casa vivían Clara y sus padres.

En la huerta de Clara, su papá cultivaba muchas
verduras. Gordas coles de hojas verdes, largas
zanahorias de color naranja, unos grandes tomates
que primero eran verdes y después se ponían
colorados, y en verano, unas grandes sandías que al
abrirlas parecían un tapiz rojo, lleno de pepitas negras.

En la granja de Clara había también un corral
hecho de madera, que su papá pintaba de blanco y
azul todos los años.

En el corral había una vaca de color caramelo
derretido que daba muy buena leche y que movía el
rabo.

¡Cuántas cosas había en la casa de Clara!

As a beginner, there're some vocabularies that you didn't learn before, and native speaker's speed seems too fast to understand. But don't worry, let's do it step by step. 
1st time: listen and catch the words you know already, have a guess about the content.
2nd time: look at the text to check if you guessed it right. 
3rd time: listen one more time, repeat after it.
4th time: practice until you can speak as the normal speed without looking at the text.

明天星期六，我们一起玩吧。
míng tiān xīng qī liù ， wǒ men yì qǐ wán ba 。
Tomorrow is Saturday. Let's have fun together.
超市旁边开了一家新的火锅店。
chāo shì páng biān kāi le yì jiā xīn de huǒ guō diàn 。
Next to the supermarket, a new hot pot restaurant just opened.
那家店每天都有很多人。
nà jiā diàn měi tiān dōu yǒu hěn duō rén 。
There are many people in that restaurant every day.
我们也去试一试吧。
wǒ men yě qù shì yí shì ba 。
Let's go and try it too.
中午人太多了，我们早一点儿去吧。
zhōng wǔ rén tài duō le ， wǒ men zǎo yì diǎn ér qù ba 。
There are too many people at noon, let's go earlier.
10点半去，怎么样？
shí diǎn bàn qù ， zěn me yàng ？

Cliente (Carlos): Buenas tardes, Laura. Llamo para hacer una queja sobre un pedido que recibí y no es lo que solicité.

Laura: Lamento escuchar eso, señor. Vamos a solucionarlo. ¿Podría proporcionarme su número de pedido, por favor?

Carlos: Sí, claro. Es el ********

Laura: Perfecto, déjeme verificar… (teclea) Veo que solicitó un par de audífonos inalámbricos. ¿Es correcto?

Carlos: Sí, pero me enviaron unos audífonos con cable, nada que ver con lo que pedí.

Laura: Entiendo su molestia. Vamos a corregirlo. ¿Podría enviarme una foto del producto que recibió al correo **************

Carlos: Claro, lo haré de inmediato. ¿Cuánto tiempo tardará en resolverse esto?

Laura: Una vez que recibamos la foto, revisaremos su caso. Por lo general, tarda entre 24 y 48 horas.

Carlos: Está bien. ¿Y me enviarán los audífonos correctos después?

Laura: Por supuesto. Le enviaremos el producto correcto sin costo adicional.

Carlos: ¿Tendré que devolver los audífonos que recibí?

Laura: Sí, pero le enviaremos una etiqueta de devolución para que no tenga que pagar el envío.

Carlos: Perfecto. Gracias por la información.

Laura: De nada, señor Carlos. ¿Desea que le envíe la confirmación del proceso a su correo electrónico?

Carlos: Sí, por favor. Mi correo es **************

Laura: Listo, he registrado su correo. Le llegará un mensaje en unos minutos.
