Happy New Year! 🎍 A new year has begun. Have you decided on your "New Year's Resolutions" yet?

In this episode, I talk about my two main goals for the year:

Podcast Consistency: I aim to create and upload episodes twice a week, more than I did last year. Let me know what topics you'd like to hear about!

Swimming: I’ve started going to a local sports center twice a week. Currently, I can swim about 15 meters using the breaststroke, but my goal is to reach 50 meters! 🏊‍♂️

Try to connect with what you think ( not what the questions is making you think about). I found it's a lot easier for students to speak what they believe or believed in the past.
