Ngày xửa ngày xưa, có một người giặt đồ thuê nuôi một con lừa để giúp anh ta vận chuyển quần áo từ nhà ra bờ sông và ngược lại. Thế nhưng, con lừa này không thích những món ăn mà ông chủ cho nó. Vì vậy, nó quyết định đi đến cánh đồng gần đó để ăn món cỏ mà nó yêu thích.

Một ngày nọ, khi đang đi, chú lừa gặp một con cáo và kết bạn với nó . Chúng tìm thấy một cánh đồng trồng toàn dưa hấu và cùng nhau ăn. Dưa hấu quá ngon nên lừa ăn rất nhiều và cao hứng nói với con cáo rằng: “Tôi muốn hát”.

Con cáo đáp: “Nếu cậu hát, con người sẽ biết mình đang phá hoại mùa màng của họ và sẽ chạy đến đánh chúng ta chết mất”. Con lừa không nghe lời khuyên của cáo mà vẫn hát. Thấy vậy, con cáo đã nhanh chóng nhảy qua hàng rào và biến mất trước khi dân làng đến đánh lừa.

夏目漱石の「吾輩は猫である」
前回は、「吾輩」が笹原の中に捨てられてしまった、というところまでの朗読でした。
その後、「吾輩」はどうするのでしょうか？話の続きを読んでいきましょう♪

一樹の陰(いちじゅのかげ)→知らない人同士が雨宿りで木陰に身を寄せ合うのも、あるいは同じ川の水を汲んで飲み合うのも、前世からの因縁によるものだ、ということ

はい、こんにちは洋平先生です。え、今日は”親切”と”優しい”のちがいについて話したいと思います。親切な人、これは誰かがこまっていたら”ちょっと”助けてあげる人です。 
”ちょっと”です。えー、例えば、バスや電車で疲れている人に席をゆずる。とかえー、シャツの後ろが汚れていたら伝えてあげる、教えてあげるですね。 えー、あとは、背の高い人が、高いところのものを誰かのために取ってあげる。これが親切です。
うん、”ちょっと”ですよね、”ちょっと”助けてあげる人です。えっとですね、例えば命を助けるとか、1000万円の借金を払ってあげる、これは、親切とちょっと違いますね。
うん、似ているんですけど、ちょっと違います。で、えー、ポイントが親切な人のことを優しい人とも言うことができるんですよ。

〇親切な人→優しい人

うん、じゃあ、その優しい人はどんな人かというと、えー、誰かが悲しい時、さびしい時、 一緒にいてあげるとか、部下がミスをしても怒らない人。もしくは 怒るけど、本当に部下がどうしたら次にミスをしなくなるか考えながらしかる人。うん、これが優しい人ですね。
で、えー、ここが大切なポイントで、今言った優しい人は、親切な人じゃありません。

△優しい人→親切な人

優しい人は、親切な人と言えないことが時々あります。 
じゃあ、ちょっと具体的（ぐたいてき）に例を出します。えー、優しい人か、親切な人か、どちらか 言ってみてください。

これ簡単（笑）
バスに乗っていますそのバスであなたは座っています おじいちゃんが立っていますで、あなたの知らないおじいちゃんですあなたは立っています 
「おじいちゃん、ここに座ってください」
これは親切ですか、優しいですか、
うん、これは親切ですね。 で、えー。最初に言った通り、親切な人は優しい人とも言うことができるんで、えー、両方です。
大丈夫ですか。じゃあ、もう1つ、あなたはサイフを拾います お金がたくさん入ってるサイフです。え、近くに警察がありません。遠い警察に行きます で、警察にサイフをわたします。これは親切ですか、優しいですか、
これも両方ですこれも親切で、えー、優しいです。

「お父さん、ここに座って」
これは、えー、最初は知らないおじいちゃんでしたね。 
で、その時は親切でしたが、え、自分のお父さんに席をゆずっても親切じゃありません、優しいです。いいですか、これが大切なところです。うん、自分の家族に席をゆずっても親切にはなりません。

あとは、例えばお母さんが自分の子供にいつもご飯を作ってあげます。がんばってます。うん、いそがしくても作ります。これは親切ですか、優しいですか、これは優しいですね、はい、ここをちょっと間違えている人が、結構（けっこう）いるんですね。で、ちょっと、皆さんに気を付けていただけたらなと思いました。
