World Diabetes Day (with transcript)

要是你发现身体有一点不舒服，你会怎么办呢？是马上去医院看医生？还是自己在家里吃药？还是在网上找答案呢？在中国，我们有一句话，“身体有问题的话，一定不要在网上找答案，否则，你会怀疑自己得了非常严重的病。”
    去年冬天，我的鼻子常常流血，有时候打个喷嚏都会流很多血。因为那个时候的流行感冒很严重，所以我选择在网上找答案。可是，当我输入“鼻子常常流血的原因”后，出现的答案让我害怕了。因为它说我得了鼻癌，然后接下来的一个月我的身体可能还有其它不舒服的地方。我既担心，又害怕。一个星期以后，我终于决定去医院检查了。可是医生告诉我，我的鼻子流血只是因为空气干燥。房间里面只要放一个加湿器就可以了。
    从那以后，我生病都会去看医生，再也不相信网上的答案了。

夜里不敢一个人在家，上课不敢大胆发言，大家都叫我“ 胆小鬼”。 
在中国第一天上课时，我在心里暗下决心， 见了同学要问好。结果，我非常紧张 ， 嘴巴张了张想说话，可是嘴里像塞了一团棉花，怀里像揣了一只小兔子枰枰直跳，怎么也说不出话来，脸羞得通红，
头也不由自主地低了下去。

你们紧张的时候也跟我一样吗？
