The fear of making mistakes persecutes many people, regardless of their achievements, age and social status. Where does the fear of making a mistake come from, and how to overcome it?

Many people are hesitant to do something serious, not so much because they are afraid of failure, but because of fear of public condemnation or censure.

Often, such anti-motivation is a consequence of a hidden inferiority complex: a person is so dependent on public opinion that he loses the ability to make decisions on his own.

In the podcast I will share some ideas about the fear and what do top managers look for in their employees (since C-level managers are my regular students).

みなさん、こんばんは！Atsushiです。
今日の天気は曇りと雨です。
気温は21℃です。

日本には今、台風が来ています。
しかも大型でゆっくりな台風なので、広い地域で大きな影響がありそうです。

先週末から沖縄付近をゆっくりと通り、今日9/5は九州、明日9/6は岡山付近を通るようです。北海道も明日夜から暴風になるようで、警戒が必要です。

個人的には、明日9/6の夜に飛行機で大阪に行く予定なので、台風の情報と、飛行機の運行状況が気になっています。

日本では、夏から秋にかけて台風がよく通ります。
6月は梅雨、雨が続きますし、この時期は台風があるので、天気が気になる季節ですね。
1月から3月にかけては、地域によって雪が降るので、この時期も天気が気になります。

私にとっては、今年は北海道へ引っ越してきてからはじめての冬を迎えるので、いろんなことが気になっています。ですが、その分、スキーをしたり、北海道の冬を楽しむ予定です。
